"Within Arms' Reach" poster
Children under 5 years of age are mobile, curious and at high
risk for drowning. They are the least capable of self-rescue of any
age group and require close and constant supervision by an
adult.
The Society's within arms' reach message is designed to
provide parents with specific and concrete parameters for their
supervisory role in a meaningful, compelling manner.
The Within Arms' Reach poster was developed in cooperation with
the City of Ottawa. Hard copies of the 8" x 17" will be available
soon.
